Collegiate 100

01

Lead

Collegiate 100 chapters operate on the same four pillars as the parent organization—run by students, for students.

02

Serve

Members commit hours every semester to mentoring K–12 students in The 100's youth programs.

03

Belong

Membership connects students into a national network of professionals, mentors, and alumni.

About the program

The work, up close.

Collegiate 100 is the bridge between The 100's youth programs and its membership of working professionals. It gives college students a structure for living out the same mission they grew up inside of.

Chapter members organize service projects, mentor younger students, and develop the leadership habits that prepare them for full membership in 100 Black Men after graduation.

Many of The 100's strongest mentors came up through Collegiate 100. The pipeline is intentional—and it's part of how the work sustains itself across generations.
