About the program

The work, up close.

Beautillion Militaire is one of the most distinctive programs in The 100's portfolio—a multi-month rites-of-passage experience that culminates in a formal presentation of young Black men to their community.

Along the way, Beaux engage in workshops on character, etiquette, financial literacy, public speaking, and civic responsibility. They serve their community. They build relationships with mentors who'll still be answering their calls a decade later.

For families, the program is a milestone. For The 100, it is a promise kept—that the young men who walk this path are not walking it alone.
